At Disco Nail Club, we strive to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all our clients. Below, you'll find detailed policies regarding bookings, services, our salon, and privacy designed to uphold the quality and fairness of our services. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these guidelines to help us provide you with the best possible care during your visit.
Booking Policies
Deposits
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable via credit card. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty up to 2 days in advance.
Cancellation Fees:

More than 2 days prior to appointment: No charge.

Within 2 days of appointment: 50% of the service cost.

Same-day cancellation (First offense): 50% of the service cost.

Same-day cancellation (Second offense): 50% of the service cost and the full amount of your next scheduled service.

No-Shows
No-shows are when a client does not arrive at their scheduled appointment without notifying Disco Nail Club in advance. This absence not only disrupts your nail technician's schedule, but also prevents other clients from booking the open slot.

First Offense: Charged the full amount of the missed service plus a 50% deposit for your next booking.

Second Offense: Charged the full amount of the missed service plus a 100% deposit for your next booking and flagged in our system.

Third Offense: Blacklisted from Disco Nail Club

Client Information
Email and phone number are required for booking. Manage your communication preferences via our client portal to opt in or out of text and email notifications.

Group Bookings

Each group member must adhere to our booking policies.

The person who makes the booking will be responsible for any no-shows or cancellations by any party member.

Changes to group bookings must be communicated; otherwise, the person who booked will be liable for any associated fees.

Waitlists
Clients are welcome to join our waitlist for any fully booked slots. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via text and/or email. Please note that open slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and the client must book the available appointment promptly.
Salon Policies
Timeliness and Late Policies

For Clients: Please aim to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is offered. Arriving later may result in a simplified service due to scheduling constraints, but the full service charge will apply.

For Technicians: If your nail technician is over 15 minutes late and we have not informed you prior to your arrival, you will receive a 10% discount. Updates given before your arrival reset the 15-minute grace period from the updated time.
Tipping
Tipping is not required but we appreciate you if you do <3
Health and Safety Policy
At Disco Nail Club, the health and safety of our clients and staff are our highest priorities. To ensure a safe and clean environment, we adhere to the following guidelines:

Sanitation Standards: All equipment and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between each client using hospital-grade disinfectants. Single-use items are disposed of after each use.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff are required to wear masks during all treatments as part of our commitment to hygiene and safety.

Client Health Screening: Clients are asked to reschedule their appointments if they are experiencing any symptoms related to contagious illnesses within 24 hours of their appointment. Clients are subject to Disco Nail Club’s rescheduling and cancellation policies found under BOOKING POLICIES.

Staff Health Monitoring: Our staff are trained to recognize symptoms of illness, and are required to stay home and seek medical attention if they feel unwell. This may mean that any scheduled appointments will either be rescheduled or moved to another nail technician if they are available. Disco Nail Club will clearly communicate this via text or email pending the communication preferences set in the client’s profile.
We continuously monitor health advisories and adjust our policies accordingly to maintain our commitment to safety. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to ensure a safe salon experience for everyone.

Liability

We are not liable for allergies, irritations, or adverse reactions. Please inform us of any known sensitivities; we are happy to discuss product ingredients before, during, or after your service.
Guests and Children

Guests Under 18: Please notify us if you are bringing minors. We strive to ensure a peaceful environment and are not liable for any incidents.

Children’s Bookings: Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult during their first visit. Subsequent visits may be unaccompanied if approved by Disco Nail Club.
Refusal of Service

Our artists reserve the right to refuse service based on professional discretion and may suggest an alternative technician.

Disco Nail Club maintains the right to refuse service and blacklist clients to uphold our standards and safety policies.
Service Policies
Design
Designs are subject to the artist’s interpretation and may not always exactly match inspiration photos. Expect variations as artists bring their unique style to each design.

Fixes / Repairs

Within 7 Days: Complimentary fixes for any issues.

After 7 Days: Charges for fixes will be assessed based on the nature of the repair. Please contact us via our business line text or Instagram DM to discuss and arrange your service.
Removals

New Clients: Those with nail sets from other salons/technicians will be subject to a "new client" removal fee.

Current Clients: Please select the "current client" option when booking your removal online.

Booking System Adjustments: If you are a new client but select "current client," our booking system manager will automatically update your booking to reflect the correct status.

Allergy-Related Removals: Removals due to potential allergic reactions (red skin, irritation, peeling, etc.) are free within 5 days of application. Please contact Disco Nail Club to schedule an appointment and provide photos of the affected area.

Structured Gel Fills

Within 3 Weeks: Eligible for Structured Gel Fills.

After 3 Weeks: Charges for a new set will apply, even if filling over a previous set.
Gel-X Fills

Within 3 Weeks: Eligible for Gel-X Fills.

After 3 Weeks: A new Gel-X set is required.
